    • Monitor Dimensions, Density, Firmness, Construction, Stitching, Bonding, And Finishing.
    • Identify And Correct Deviations Before The Product Moves To The Next Stage.
  3. Finished Product Inspection
    • Every Finished Mattress Should Meet Defined Standards For:
      • Comfort And Firmness
      • Dimensions And Appearance
      • Structural Integrity
      • Material Workmanship
      • Durability
      • Packaging And Labeling

    • Monitor Compression, Recovery, Resilience, Load-bearing Performance, And Other Relevant Durability Parameters.
    • Use Field/customer Feedback To Identify Recurring Performance Issues.
  5. Customer-Centric Quality
    • Treat Customer Complaints, Returns, And Warranty Claims As Important Quality Indicators.
    • Analyze Complaints For Root Causes Rather Than Simply Resolving Individual Cases.
    • Feed Customer Insights Back Into Product Design And Manufacturing Improvements.
